Unable to diagnose a vehicle (scan).
  

1. Check if the ignition key is on or the engine is running.

2. Check if the vehicle type or system is correctly selected.

3. Check the connection between the DLC connectors of vehicle side and the scan tool side


Should no such fault is found, ask for Q&A.

JamieBeresford I have a 1997 Hyundai Lantra sportswagon 1.8 that a cannot find a match for on my scan tool and therefore cannot talk to it. can you help?
